Founder Mr Robert Pfrogner, Oktoberfest Hut was born out of a deep passion for sharing the true flavours of German street food. After a disappointing experience with non traditional German sausages at a local market, Robert—a proud German—realised Australians were missing out on the rich and authentic taste of Bavarian cuisine.
Determined to bring a piece of his homeland to Australia, Robert launched Octoberfest Hut, filling the gap with genuine German street food.
